These “bagels” are basically just yogurt and flour and you bake them in the oven, so I’m not sure they actually qualify as bagels, but they look and taste remarkably similar and they’re much faster and easier. I first made them a few months ago and they were given an enthusiastic thumbs up by B, so this past weekend I made them for my NY-native mother-in-law and they turned out perfectly! (Phew!)
